How to Use the VW Atlas Cross Sport Aerial View Ca

Vehicle camera technology has come a long way over the last couple decades. Before the backup camera was released, drivers had to rely solely on their mirrors to make sure they weren't going to hit anything when reversing their vehicle. The backup camera was a huge upgrade when it was first released. It made it possible for the driver to view directly behind their rear bumper so they could back up with more peace of mind. The Aerial View Camera technology is the newest leap in technology and gives the driver even more visibility around their vehicle.

What is the Aerial View Camera?

The Aerial Camera gives the driver a bird's eye view of their vehicle. Not only can they see what's behind their car, now the driver can also see what's to the sides, front and the back of the vehicle.

How do you use the Aerial View Camera in the VW Cross Sport?

It's really simple! Next to the parking brake button, you'll notice a "P" icon with a camera above it. Once you press that, the screen on the dashboard will display the vehicles surrounding areas. Watch Kellen's video demonstration to see this impressive technology in action.
